osx - Qt Creator Error Messages Mac OS 10.9 -

"cannot create file /users/[username]/.config/qtproject/qtcreator/qtversion.xml: no such file or directory"

i message 4 or 5 times upon startup. did clean install today. different permission problem error found earlier on here. installer did not create .config file or cannot see or access it. how fix error?
