Error in Nokia In- App purchase for Android -"Something went wrong with your Payment" -

i trying implement "nokia in- app purchase" in android application.

i referred sample project**"sample pepper firm"** provided nokia.

when enter product-id , click on "buy" button gives error "something went wrong payment"

i attached 1 screen shot of error also.

please me out of this,i went through nokia's developer site confused.

you not seem have network connectivity @ moment. wifi not connected (missing wifi icon) , not have sim card inserted (two red lines).
