expandablelistview - Having trouble with scroll in 3-level expandable list view Android -

i have 3-level expandable list view. , pull refresh control on top of list view. now, when try browse list top bottom, pull refresh menu detected. instead of appearing on first cell of list, may appear on cell browsing top bottom.
