Android application not launched -

-

i new in android development.

i make simple application. when run on avd, fails.

error follows :-

[2014-03-22 22:55:36 - calculator] failed install calculator.apk on device 'emulator-5554! [2014-03-22 22:55:36 - calculator] (null) [2014-03-22 22:55:36 - calculator] launch canceled!

avd, using :-

i followed many posts on so. no-one solved problem.

i try resolve above issue, using below steps :-

-> restarted adb through command line adb kill-server adb start-server

-> set wipe user data

please me solve above problem. stuck last 5 hours in this.

when changed ram 1072 mb, shows below error

i posting below screenshot of how configured nexus 4 emulator, works fine on system. hope helps. gave little memory emulator: 512mb seems low me!
